Day 1: Kuala Namu International Airport – Bukit Lawang (3,5 - 4 hrs drive)
We will pick you up at Kuala Namu International airport.
We will drive you straight to Bukit Lawang as one of the observation points at the Gunung Leuser National Park. You will see the landscape view of plantations and villages. You can stop at the local handicrafts homes industry of Bamboo and Traditional Roofing. Depending on the season, you can also stop at locals’ fruits & spicy garden; snake fruits, mangos, durian, ginger, lemongrass, peanuts, galingale etc.
Arrive in Bukit Lawang and check in to the hotel for 2 overnight stays. Ecolodge Bukit Lawang Cottages or similar.
Day 2: Half Day (3 hrs) Orangutans Jungle Trekking
After breakfast, our professional team will meet you and give a short briefing before we get into the National Park. Start for an experienced 3 hrs trekking in this primary Sumatra rainforest. Steep, slopes and dense vegetation will bring you to the excitement of the jungle. Here you have the opportunity to see several species of indigenous flora and fauna. Semi or wild Sumatran Orangutans might cross your way. Return to your lodge at noon, the rest is a free day at leisure. Ecolodge Bukit Lawang Cottages or similar
Day 3: Bukit Lawang – Kuala Namu International Airport (3,5 - 4 hrs drive)
Today you drive back to Kuala Namu International airport to catch your flight to your next destination. End of Service!
